Meet Our Pastor

I was born and raised in Plainview Texas, where my parents and grandparents were members of Calvary Baptist Church.  My parents faithfully brought me to every service, and at the age of eight years old I accepted Christ as my Savior.  At the age of twenty, while studying at Texas Tech for a finance degree, the Lord called me to preach.  I completed my degree, but the course of my life had changed direction.  For the next few years I served in various ministries of my church while taking Bible institute courses and training for the ministry.  During that time the Lord blessed me with a wonderful wife, Tiffany, without whom I could not imagine serving in the ministry.  November the eighth, 2015, I became pastor of Calvary Baptist in Plainview after serving as Associate for about a year.  The Lord blessed the ministry there as we served for 5 more years in that capacity.  In 2020 the Lord directed us to Austin, Texas, where I served for two and a half years in an interim role as Associate Pastor under Pastor Dusty Brian while completing a masters degree in Biblical Theology from West Coast Baptist College.  In December of 2022 the Lord moved our family to Gillette, Wyoming where I am now privileged to pastor the wonderful people here at Central Baptist Church.  The Lord has blessed our family with three beautiful children – Jax, Harper, and Brinnley.   We are so excited to see what the Lord will accomplish through His church and for His glory here in northeast Wyoming!
